6 amazing herbs that will blow your mind!

Want to help those stressful moments, here are a few of the many helpful herbs that I just love and is a must in my garden. I got inspired to write this post as I design my herb garden.



1) Rosemary

Consuming and inhaling compounds in rosemary have been shown to reduce anxiety, boost mood, and improve concentration and memory. Both smelling and drinking rosemary tea may offer these benefits,



2) Basil


Basil's essential oil may help manage depression and anxiety too. The herb is believed to stimulate neurotransmitters that regulate the hormones responsible for inducing happiness and energy. Basil is considered as a powerful adaptogen or an anti-stress agent. Its anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties help manage stress too.



3) Chamomile


Soothing calming effect of the mind and soul helps one to sleep too.


4) Clary sage



Clary sage is different from the common herb used to make stuffing. It has a woody, herbal odor. Due to its calming abilities. clary sage can ease tension and help control cortisol levels in women. Cortisol is known as the stress hormone. High cortisol levels may increase your risk of anxiety and depression



5) Lemon Balm



Lemon balm has a fresh, uplifting aroma. In aromatherapy, it has a soothing, restorative effect. Most success stories on inhaling lemon balm for anxiety are anecdotal. lemon balm may help people with mild to moderate anxiety disorders. It may also improve sleep. Lemon balm has traditionally been used to improve mood and cognitive function, but the potential benefits don't stop there.


6) Lavender



many uses of lavender but one of them is definitely calming and relaxing.
