Do you have problems trying to sleep?

Tired all day then find it hard to sleep at night?

You're not alone so many suffering with this problem at the moment.

Here are some tips to help get your body back in balance:

1. **Exercise**: First off, you’ve got to move that stagnant energy. Our lymphatic system needs movement to flush out waste and toxins. So, try some gentle stretching before bed. Check out our blog page for some easy stretches.

2. **Don't Go to Bed Hungry**: They say not to eat right before bed, but you also shouldn't go to bed hungry. Your body needs calories to sleep. Ideally, have protein for breakfast and carbs earlier in the evening, leaving a few hours before bed to digest.

3. **Breathing Technique**: Try this to relieve stress and help your body relax. Focus on your breathing: take a deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, and repeat for a minute or so. Keep going until you start to feel the benefits or feel like stopping. It works either way!

4. **Aromatherapy**: Lavender essential oil is great. Put a few drops on your pillow or a tissue and place it near your pillow. You can use a burner too, but make sure it's out well before you go to sleep. Scenting the room half an hour before bed can help you sleep better.

5. **Teas**: Chamomile tea is the best since it also aids digestion, which could be another reason you're not sleeping well.

6. **Pressure Points**: My favorite is the spot just behind the ear, towards the neck, in a little hollow on the outer side. Massaging this point while in bed works every time for me.

And soon you will be sleeping like a baby!
